Mike Lee on Center Stage Fenway Park 1971
Here is Mike Lee with his Dad, Bill Lee, at the Boston Red Sox Father/Son game in 1971 at
Fenway Park. The umpire is wiping Mike's hands with the plate brush. Mike fell down and got dirt
on his hands after taking a massive swing at a pitch he thought he could drive! Bill Lee appears
to be collapsing in a fit of laughter as the fans enjoy the scene.

Van Nuys is located in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles, California. In '75
the Wolves competed in the very tough Mid-Valley Conference which also included Kennedy,
Granada Hills, and Monroe High Schools. Several players from the conference were drafted out
of high school and many went on to play college and professional baseball.
Check out the white shoes and long hair!

Hubert Stine (Hugh's Dad)
Here is a great picture of Hugh's Dad. It was taken in 1952 at Manual Arts High School in Los
Angeles. Behind the fence was the auto shop class. Check out the cars in the background!
